The Dustin Swedelson Show
Weekdays from 7:00pm til 8:00pm.
Dustin Swedelson is an award winning broadcaster and writer who has been covering sports since 2006 while still in college. His media career began on The X’s and O’s Show in Valdosta, Georgia where he helped develop the show into being featured on then ESPN Radio Valdosta in 2007. In the Winter of 2008 the show moved to Talk 92.1.
While at Talk 92.1 “Swede” has co-hosted The Pre and Post Game Show for Valdosta State Blazer Football, The David Dean Coaches Show, some South Georgia Football.com Radio Reports, served as color commentary on select Valdosta State football radio broadcasts and most recently the sports update anchor on The Scott James Show.
In January of 2009 Talk 92.1 launched The Dustin Swedelson Show on Friday nights from 7-9, to fill part of its Live and Local Lineup.
“Swede” is a debate-sparking radio host who rarely has the same opinion as other media members. He is outrageous and sarcastic and doesn’t just think outside of the box; he lives there.
Dustin is a graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School in Central Valley, New York where he lettered in baseball and track and field. In 2008 he received a Bachelor’s Degree from Valdosta State University in Fine Arts and Mass Media with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism.
